The Digital Care Program supports families with dependent children enrolled in educational institutions across Greece by providing voucher-based assistance for purchasing technological equipment. The initiative aims to enhance the digitization of education, facilitate access to digital learning materials, and strengthen students’ digital skills.
Our contributions to this impactful program included:
- Communication Strategy: Designed and implemented a comprehensive communication plan.
- Corporate Identity Development: Established a cohesive and recognizable corporate identity for the program.
- Informational Website: Created a project website with detailed content, FAQs, a promotional video, and a digital reference booklet.
- Press Office Management: Produced and distributed materials to journalists, arranged TV interviews, and coordinated press outreach.
- Digital Media Promotion: Ensured high visibility through targeted campaigns on popular websites and platforms.
- Newsletters for Stakeholders: Developed and promoted newsletters tailored to suppliers and business organizations.
- Newsletters for Educators: Engaged the educational community, including schools, universities, and regional directors, through tailored communications.
- Social Media Campaigns: Managed campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, Google, and Instagram to reach a broad audience.
- Digital Help Desk (Level 1): Established a support desk with bots and agents for basic user assistance.
- Digital Help Desk (Level 2): Provided advanced back-office support for complex inquiries.
